Gift Voucher Terms & Conditions

Gift Vouchers are subject to the following terms and conditions of use.

1. Gift vouchers are only valid on our website.
2. Gift vouchers have no cash value.
3. Vouchers are only valid for 6 months from the date of issue.
4. Vouchers scheduled to be sent on a specific day will be sent at 2am on the morning of the selected day.
5. Gift vouchers are non-refundable.
6. Gift vouchers are exchanged for site credit. This credit can then be used to purchase any item on our website.
7. Any items purchased with site credit will be refunded in site credit.
8. Credit is non-transferrable between accounts.
